In this world to achieve anything, one has to give something for it . Without giving anything, it is difficult to take something from others. If peace, harmony and development are to be maintained, every one must recognize and accept win – win way of life. Hence, KSIC is also offering a win-win environment .

If members are comfortable to pay the full fee of Rs.3000/-, KSIC can't expect much from them and however , if they want to contribute , it would be welcome . If members want to have a subsidy , they have to work for the club as a compensation to the subsidy . KSIC encourages achievement lovers to take subsidized membership and in turn to help the club in some ways. KSIC is keen as not to deny the membership to any success loving person .

The club is expecting its members to contribute, what they have. If they don't have money, they can give their time and good will . There is a price for everything, in this world. Without paying the price, it is difficult to get anything. Life is interesting when people accept the two way process of give and take..

Accept your Personal Social Responsibility

Every developing person must recognize his social responsibility to contribute to the society with his strengths. It is clearly described in our Indian way of life . The total life is divided into four parts such as, Bramachary , Grahastha , Vanaprastha and Sanyasi . The first one allows one to devote all his ( 100% ) time and energy to learn and equip himself to manage the other phases of life effectively. The second one teaches the person as how to be concerned, loyal and committed to the spouse and subsequently to the children.

The third phase expects one to be little concerned about others, out side the home. One should extend his time and resources to his neighbours , locality people , neighbouring localities etc.. The last one is to go beyond every circle and willing to serve the humanity. In those days, this way of life was rigidly followed .

Now it is difficult to follow this exactly , but the principle of equipping ourselves and serving others can be adopted. Whatever potentials and resources we have, we have to extend them to others benefit also some extent. It requires a good training. Every success loving persons must have it as a way of life.

The modules worth more than Rs.30,000/- is made available to the members for free of cost even or for a low price. Hence, the members are expected to extend the benefits of the club to as many persons as possible. It is a personal social responsibility. Prof.Krishnamurthy expects every member to accept this social responsibility and commit to motivate atleast 10 persons to avail the benefits of the club. Members can do it leisurely too . Even if a member motivates one person every month to take the advantage of the club , he can easily bring 10 persons to KSIC . If this happens, the real objective of the mission can be achieved.

Why to enroll members?

Those who are not comfortable to pay the full membership fee, are given an opportunity to take the membership with a heavy subsidy, what they can afford and compensate the subsidy by contributing in kind such as spending their time for KSIC , extending their good will to KSIC , helping KSIC with their strengths etc…

There are several ways to contribute to KSIC and to compensate the subsidy. One way is to enroll members to KSIC, by taking advantage of their contacts. Hence, subsidized members are expected to compensate the subsidy by enrolling 3 members to KSIC . Every success loving person can easily enroll 3 members, within a month, using his contacts / good will. Lot of flexibility is given to members and there is no time limit to enroll members.

Sharpen your Success Skills

KSIC expects its members to enroll some members to the club. It is for two reasons . First it is to help the members to take a stock of his success skills such as , sociability, maintaining contacts, planning, coordination , communication, convincing, monitoring , self-confidence, positive thinking, educating , motivating etc.. in the process.

Since Prof.Krishnamurthy , has agree to coach in enrolling membership, members have an opportunity to do it as an assignment and learn from it. Educating, motivating and convincing are the routine jobs of any success loving person. Surely every member was doing this and may be he might not have done it with a systems approach. Sometimes he would have succeeded and some time not . Probably he would not have analyzed such activities critically in the past.

Now as part of the learning every member can have this training. One can discover the successful ways of educating, motivating and convincing others. This learning can definitely help sharpen several success skills and ultimately it can improve his success rate. Members are requested to take this assignment as an important self-introspection lab .

Make Self-introspection Club Strong

To make the self-introspection club viable , every year it must have at least 1000 members. The more members it has, the more stronger it can be. Prof.Krishnamurthy has committed to manage the show with his funding for the first year , till the club becomes viable.If the membership exceeds 10,000 and more, it can be a strong HR movement .

The club needs more funds for its maintenance and also to explore the possibilities of developing further programs to benefit the people back. The club needs more resourceful persons to mobilize useful contacts to build a strong network to solve the problems of success loving people. The club needs more volunteers to carry out valuable research and conduct effective training programs in their localities.

The club needs regular feedback from its members such as ideas to improvise the modules, suggestions to add further modules, proposals to launch further programs, possible help to strengthen the club etc.. to make all these to happen, the club must have a larger membership base. By end of 2006, it would be nice if the club have minimum 10,000 members. If the members decide to make this happen, Prof.Krishnamurthy can build the club much more strong.

Prof. V.G. K. can coach you

Many persons think enrolling members to KSIC is difficult and therefore reluctant to opt for subsidized membership. It is true that it is not easy. But it is not that difficult and unachievable. Every one is capable of enrolling members . There is a general psychology that people are averse to approach others for any obligation. They do not understand the fact that surely at least one out of ten can accept the proposal , if not every one.

Generally, people want to succeed in their first effort itself. But in reality, it may not be true. People don't have the stamina to withstand the rejection. If one is prepared well with needed strategies, he can convince one or the other immediately. If learns from the failures and tries with different strategies further, he can succeed again. If this approach is followed one can achieve his target easily within a month.

It is true that it is a new kind of activity for people in the beginning. But gradually, the success can teach them to enjoy the work. It is an important skill needed in life to succeed. More than the skills , what is needed is the will. If the members have the will, Prof. VGK can coach them to achieve the goal. Members must believe in their potentials and trust Prof. VGK and come forward to venture the new experience.

Apart from enrolling members, if members want Prof.VGK's help in getting sponsors and as how to approach the potential persons / agencies, definitely they can be helped with needed inputs. Whatever way , members want to contribute to KSIC, they can be supported in their way adequately.
