Discovering strengths /potentials :

Definitely you have many potentials , but you may not know them . Yes , if you are asked to list them out, you may not go beyond 10 strengths. You may not know, how many of the strengths you have listed , are really your strengths . If you have a strength and not aware of it , how can you use it ? Similarly, when you do not have a strength, but believe that you have it, then you are not realistic. You should neither over estimate, nor underestimate yourself . You have to have a clear stock of your strengths and only then you can strategize properly and your strategies can yield results . Recognizing weaknesses / limitations

Every one has several weaknesses , limitations and blockages , within and outside. One cannot live without limitations. Having a weakness is not bad, but not aware of it is dangerous. Every blockage has to be dealt with proper strategies.
