Self-introspection is more used in the spiritual world and it is highly abstract and an ordinary person may not understand and appreciate. In HRD , it is dealt in a superficial way as personality assessment . I tried a combination of both and derived a simple method for one to have a better self-introspection. It is purely, a scientific approach.
