Prof.VGK is committed to help students from age 10 onwards to develop all managerial / leadership skills in order to be great achievers later. Similarly, he wants all success loving youth to get the needed success & leadership skills to achieve their dreams. Also he is willing to sensitize all the people in the age group 10 to 60 to have an urge to achieve more. He believes that it is his professional social responsibility. It is a big dream and hence considering publication as an effective means to achieve this noble mission.

Generally people are inclined to read self-improvement books. No doubt, there are books available on several topics of self-improvement. But people feel, they are expensive and could not afford to buy a range of books and hence buy a few books within their budget. Prof.VGK wants to develop an Achievemore culture in all sections and levels of people. He wants to target newly married couples & young parents to achieve this mission. He believes that if this target population recognizes Achievemore skills, easily their children can have Achievemore culture.

Though training is important, it is more expensive and a big team / net work is needed to train the target population. Neither the target population nor an agency can bear this cost. Hence Prof.VGK is considering a concept of Achievemore Library. He wants every target family to own a set of books, say 100 covering all aspects of achieving more. It should be a one stop store for every person in the family, particularly children to develop and sharpen their success skills. Also he wants to make the set of books at an affordable cost, so that every target family can have an Achievemore Library at home.

If every one reads these books and discuss Achievemore aspects at home, definitely every child can grow with critical positive attitude and with all needed success and leadership skills. In that case, every child can be an achiever in his / her walk of life and surely can be an asset to this world. The set of books must be kept in all public and private libraries to reach a larger population. The set of books must be available with all corporate, whether large, medium or small to reach more business people.

The set of books must be kept in all schools and colleges. The set of books must be also available in all Government / private organizations & all social clubs like: Lions club, Rotary club, JC club, Round table etc. Every youth & women’s club should have the set of books. If it is possible, definitely Achievemore culture is very much possible. If review of these books and an effective discussion are encouraged regularly, people can enrich their Achievemore skills. If Public speaking programs and essay competitions are organized regularly in schools and colleges in Achievemore themes, youngsters can develop and spread Achievemore culture.

Self-training:

Prof.VGK has been doing research on, as how people read self-improvement books and benefit from their reading. As he observes, people pick up a book with a fascination and read it within a few days and definitely get some new ideas and also motivation to fight their challenges. But within a month the motivation disappears and the new ideas got forgotten. Most of the people do not do careful reading and do no home work after reading and do not develop any action plan and do not follow up their plans. Simply they read books in their leisure time, one after the other and enjoy the content for some time and forget without any regret.

Most of the people really do not know as how to read a self-improvement book and as how to derive more benefits from the reading. It requires some training. If people are sensitized on the importance of SELF-TRAINING , they can improve their learning more by themselves and without any external help. Self-training can help people to learn what they need. The other training options available deliver not the people want but what the provider wants. Learning is a regular activity for self-development. Self-training is the best option in today’s busy life.

As a trainer for 3 decades to help people have their needed Achievemore skills, he has worked with Corporate, Schools, Colleges, NGOs , social clubs & Success loving individuals and thereby experimented several training methods.
