Retainership  Arrangement

For operational reasons, it would be better to have an arrangement of working for 3 to 6 days , either fortnightly  or  monthly as in company assignment and can have a few days as off  company  assignment . It is an integrated arrangement of all his services, customized to your company. 

The collaboration can be defined  clearly after the needs assessment / presentation of proposal by Prof.VGK . The roles of management and Prof.VGK can be well defined . Prof.VGK can accept a long term collaboration with any company , anywhere in India / abroad . If you are willing he can agree to sign MOU with you for 1 to 3 years. This arrangement can make him part of your team & get committed.

Please review all my services. He is more flexible, challenge loving and can work within constraints. Kindly reveal your basic company details, organizational needs / concerns / issues, number of employees etc.. If you are willing, he can visit your company for one day and we can understand one another better and discuss the possible collaboration. For this one day preliminary visit, you need not pay any professional fee .But kindly bear only his travel, boarding & lodging as your contribution.

Casual Assignment

Though Prof.VGK prefers more long term collaboration and retainership arrangement, still he is willing to take up trial and casual assignments . Some companies may want to check the professional power and style of working of Prof.VGK , before considering him for long term collaboration . Some companies may not have the budget to avail Prof.VGK regularly and therefore , may want to avail his services , whenever needed. For both the reasons Prof.VGK  keeps the option of casual assignment to corporate.

It is true that casual assignments cannot give more business to Prof.VGK but still he is keen to take it up for the reason that he can get some good companies in the process,  which can be of value to his Achievemore  research . Generally for casual assignments, Prof.VGK is adopting a very flexible approach to accommodate even small companies . Definitely , the clients giving casual assignments enlarge the corporate network of Prof.VGK for his Achievemore mission .
