Students, particularly school students, are more conditioned to schools, studies and extracurricular activities etc. Till their schooling and sometime till college education, students do not know the realities of life and not exposed to various aspects of life. Most of the children grow with more patting and comforts and seldom they know hardships and problems. Also they are not tuned to withstand failures and constraints. They want everything quickly and without working for it really. From this carefree and more comfortable life, they go to the real life, which is totally different.
Parents want to bring up their children very well in all aspects as said above, but they dont find time to mold their children to their expectations. Theoretically, school must play the big role in molding students properly to become responsible citizen and great achievers in whatever field they choose. Unfortunately, the educational system and its compulsions make the teachers to get conditioned only to books and examinations. Since students dont get adequate inputs at home and schools to get shaped properly, social minded agencies must fill this responsibility gap.
For 30 + years, Prof.VGK is been working and thinking for students in several ways. He sincerely believes that if students are properly trained in their early years, they can grow as society concern citizens and also can prove them as great achievers in their field of working. Hence wanted to use an old concept of holiday camp and train students for this purpose. He is planning to organize one day programs in all major cities and towns during Sundays and 3 days programs during quarterly & half early holidays and one week / 2 weeks camps during summer holidays. He is planning to have summer camps both locally and in difference parts of the country. All other programs will be organized locally in collaboration with schools.
It is a big project to do all over the country and more sponsors must come forward to support this to make it as a reality. Persons / agencies willing to support this program can register below. Interested schools also can register. They will be contacted to work out the programs for their areas.
